These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and expectations for clients purchasing digital tools, mentorship, energy services and programs, and membership/subscription services. By purchasing any product or service from Mystics Manna Hypnotic, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Offered

Mystics Manna Hypnotic provides spiritual tools and mentorship programs designed to empower individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Digital Tools: Self-paced resources to guide spiritual development

  • 1:1 Mentorship Sessions/Programs: Structured sessions with guided discussions and actionable exercises

  • Energy Services: Virtual reiki & chakra balancing, and past life regression meditations

While our offerings are crafted to support personal growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, engagement, and application of the tools provided.

Payment Terms

Payments for all Mystics Manna Hypnotic products and services are due in full upfront to secure access.

Payment Methods

Payments must be made through our website or approved payment gateways. We do not accept cash, checks, or payment plans unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our offerings, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review service details before purchasing.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service:

  • Digital Tools, Energy Services, 1:1 Information and Activation Sessions, 6 and 9 week programs: No cancellations or rescheduling will be permitted

  • 1:1 Mentorship Programs: Clients in the 5-month mentorship program may reschedule up to six (6) times within the program period. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a forfeited session.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results from our services, clients are expected to:

  • Attend sessions on time.

  • Actively participate in mentorship sessions.

  • Complete assigned tasks or homework to deepen their understanding.

  • Take accountability for their integration of the guidance and tools provided (in session, digital tools, and any other resources).

  • Maintain respectful communication with Mystics Manna Hypnotic and other participants.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.

Communication Policies

Mystics Manna Hypnotic maintains clear boundaries to ensure a professional and respectful client relationship.

Communication Channels

  • Email is the primary method of communication for all client inquiries and mentorship support.

  • Scheduled communication during mentorship sessions will be conducted via the agreed-upon platform (e.g., Zoom, phone call).

Response Times

  • Existing mentorship clients: Responses will be provided within 36 hours during business hours.

  • General inquiries: Responses will be provided within 72 hours during business hours.

Business Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

  • Closed on weekends and holidays. Inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed the next business day.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mystics Manna Hypnotic, including digital tools, written materials, audio recordings, and video sessions, is the intellectual property of Mystics Manna Hypnotic, and copyrighted.

Clients are granted personal, non-transferable access to these materials. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content without prior written consent.

  • Sell or modify content for commercial use.

  • Use materials to create derivative works.

Violation of these terms will result in termination of services and result in legal action.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Mystics Manna Hypnotic provides tools and guidance to support personal growth but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and application of the provided tools.

  • Mystics Manna Hypnotic is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of our services.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your program participation.

Our tools and mentorship programs do not substitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice when necessary.

Termination of Services

Mystics Manna Hypnotic reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion in cases of:

  • Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

  • Unauthorized use of intellectual/copyrighted property.

In the event of termination due to client misconduct, no refunds will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Nevada State courts.

Updates to These Terms and Conditions

Mystics Manna Hypnotic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
